Rincon 225 will simplify your life! We know that moving can be a hassle. We want to make your transition as easy as possible. You will only pay 3 bills.
You can expect to pay your three primary bills including:
- Rent
- Electricity
- Entertainment Provider (such as AT&T for Phone/Internet/Television).
Your rent payment will include your:
- underground parking
- in-unit washer and dryer
- water
- sewer
- garbage
- recycling
Additionally, part of moving into Rincon 225 means that we provide concierge service through a partnership with AT&T. AT&T will call you following your move-in to see if you’d like to get set up with their Phone, Internet, and Television services.
AT&T’s Concierge Services includes the following Simple 3 Step Process:
- Your exclusive concierge will call you prior to your move-in date
- Our Experts will curate the perfect package for you
- We install your TV & Internet & Cell Phones on the day you select
